About Rock Affligem's Rockrally '23 win 
From about 40 entries, a panel of judges selected six bands to compete: Eosine, Less AUTRE, Jerk Beefy, MØKER, Bucklefish and Dikkus Missus. The young punk rockers Jerk Beefy, whose music is reminiscent of Blink 182 and Green Day, won putting them on the May 20th line-up with Devonport, Oproer, The Kids, Vive la Fête, Flip Kowlier, Bart Peeters and Regi.

They brought within the stipulated fifteen minutes an energetic and original show that clearly pleased the audience. Jerk Beefy briefly became national news last summer when guitarist Bennert Borremans got to play a guitar solo with Green Day in front of 40,000 people in Paris.
